My dream is to make a full Christmas Album someday and every year a week before Christmas im like "ILL DO AN EP AND WRITE RECORD AND MIX EVERYTHING IN A WEEK WHILE WORKING FULL TIME AND STILL DOING HOLIDAY STUFF" and then I wake up the next day in a Christmas haze covered in cookie crumbs and eggnog thinking "What part of me thought that was a realistic goal?

So this year I banged out this cover which I am mostly pleased with. Had I had time I would have re-recorded the vocals but hey THATS CHRist...mas...?

One of my favorite "albums" is "Sludgefest" by "Chipmunks on 16 speed" which is an album somebody in Toronto made by slowing down Alvin and the Chipmunks songs so their voices are normal but all the instruments are slowed down and sound INSANE! It's weird as hell but great! I highly recommend it.

SO I was looking to see if the same artist had done any Christmas versions of the Alvin and the Chipmunks songs and while they have a few I stumbled across a nearly unlistenable version of "Christmas Don't Be Late" somebody else had done called "The Chipmunk Song ft. Satan". The last verse after the key change has some really pretty harmony and this arrangement just sort of popped into my head.
