This track came about in two funny ways I think!

1. My buddy who I was doing the split with was like "Oh by the way I have three songs! If you wanted to do three that would be cool but don't worry if you don't!" and I was like "Well shit I only have two songs! WATA AMA GONNA DOO??" and then I was watching the Chris Gethard Show and I heard the LLC (The Greatest house band on... Fusion?) play this sick punk song that had this sweet drum line and I was like "Thats sick I wanna write something like that!" So I ripped off the beat and then kind of went in a different direction with the song until it was this song! Pretty much wrote the whole thing in a day. Fast and Punky Baby!

2. I was watching an Anime called "Recovery Of an MMO Junkie" and one of the Characters at one point says "It seems as soon as you want something bad enough. It slips through your grasp." Which I was like that is exactly how I feel right now!" so I wrote a song around that line and then probably ate Pockey and cried or something cool like that.

Most of the feelings in this are more about just working a job I don't really like and pretending to be super up beat when Im really like "I hate this I hate this I hate this.". Another song about being bummed out! A real shocker with that one right!?

I recorded the bass while people were working on the basement of my moms house and you can kind of hear it in the background which is kind of neat!
